Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was purchased, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the item and packaging for review.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Final Sale
All edible products sold by Elev8 are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than damage or defect upon arrival.
